Before washing the hair, gently finger comb to remove all tangles, starting from the bottom and working up to the weft. For curly hair, do not brush; instead, finger comb to remove all tangles.

Fill the sink or a large container with lukewarm water and add wig shampoo. Gently wash the wig in the shampoo water. Apply wig conditioner and leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
